I know there been similar post regarding Danny Washbrook but seen as Washy was quite possibly our most consistent performer last season with the most line breakes in the team surely playing Washbrook with Craig Hall sdupport play surely he woth his place in the 17 rather than Mr Lee (nothing agianst him) but Washy better

agree,but even though im not tommy lee's biggest fan,he has done well when he's come on the field.last season was bad for the whole squad and maybe tommy was made a bit of a scapegoat as far as fans abuse goes.i think washy is a better option,but while tommy is doing well,i suppose there is no need to change it.he has his knockers,but he does seem to be playing with a lot more confidence |

I couldn't agree more. Dump Tommy Lee and give washy a spot in the 17. He is a much better player IMO than Tommy and can offer us alot more. But then again, what do I know  |

Isn't Washy a loose man though and Lee plays because he comes in as a hooker i thought they would be used as the coach saw fit for tactical use rather than battling it out for the same spot? When Crocker comes will he play 13 or 2nd row?

Personally I would like to see Washy back in for Lee. Washy was superb for us last season and imo should be our next long term captain.

People need to get a bit of perspective, we are in a situation where we can give players proper re hab periods not rush them back staight away like we've had to in the past.

Sure i said that on another thread. He is in the sinfield mould i think, although not a goalkicker, and can see many sides in the future being built around him, hall, briscoes, houghton, hornes and yeamo

we have won 5 out of 5 without washy in the team . Lee has come into the 17 due to Washy's injury and played well and deserves to keep his place . We shouldn't change the team when it is playing well , all returning players from injury (Tony / Raynor / king etc included) shouldn't just walk back in if the team is playng well .
If aint broke don't fix it same 17 for me as the past 5 weeks.
