Chris Tuson has been given a one match ban and a £300 fine for his tackle on Wilkin (39th minute)

Typical Wigan Maguire era grub play. It's good to see the rfl clamp down on this. It was a vicious ninja tackle and he's just lucky it was a one game ban, could have been a lot worse.

The pie fans can't see anything wrong with the tackle. Pity you can't go on and put them right.

I honestly can't see anything wrong with the tackle. If somebody wants to tell me what exactly Chris does wrong I'll go and look at it.

He plays for Wigan. That is enough for him to warrant a ban.

Won't make any difference him being banned. They'll just play Hock instead.

I hope he is total tosh. I'm sick to death of hearing about bloody Hock like he was some kind of rugby god. Jeez. Anyone would think that a class player was returning from the dead rather than an ugly no-big-deal returning from a drugs ban.

An ugly no-big-deal who at the time of his ban would have walked into any team in SL.

So would loads of players.

But you said he was 'no big deal' which if so would surely mean he wouldn't walk into any other side in superleague as suggested.

FWIW I think he's a cracking player but he was up and down before his ban and I think he can improve. He's such a natural athlete and has great ability but sometimes I think he needed to want it more and I think this ban may have woken him up.

The lad deserves a 2nd chance ad everyone does and if he takes it that'll be good for Wigan and England.
